PP5WRTC OPERATION
WRTC 2006 Steering Committee is pleased to inform that we have the first setup station for the WRTC2006 in operation.
The station is placed in Florianopolis (island) on a nice location 2Km from the Atlantic Sea, in a top of a hill.
A group of hams operated the station during the last IARU Contest with the call sign PP5WRTC.
The setup is equipped with :
FT 1000MP + TS930 + ACOM 1010. The linear donated by ACOM
ACOM log periodic antenna 8 elements – Donated by K1LZ Krassy
PP5UA 2 elements 40 meter antenna
15 meters tower plus the mast
Double bazooka for 80 meters
Rotator YAESU G1000
