Sorry, I was late getting on the WRTC 2010 reflector so I may have missed the instructions for obtaining a Russian license. I will be just a guest between 7/7/10 and 13/7/10 but would like to operate some if there is a community or club rig available. How do I fill out the application, in terms of call, address (I assume Atlas-Park Hotel?), or is this likely to be just an expensive souvenier? 73,Skip AD0H
